Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Dented Brick “Disco Nut” Coconut Liqueur
- 0.25 oz Ube Cream Liqueur
- 0.25 oz Stirrings Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Nellie & Joe’s Key West Lime Juice
- Fever-Tree Soda Water
- Mint Sprig & Lime Wheel (for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Dented Brick “Disco Nut” Coconut Liqueur, ube cream liqueur, simple syrup, and lime juice.
- Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
