When Flagstaff Liquor let us know they had a freshly dumped Buffalo Trace Sazerac Rye barrel they wanted to age an imperial stout in we dug into the recipe book and found the Dark Canyon Stout. 

Brewed in March 2025, this stout has rich chocolate, roast, and molasses flavors that complement the rye whiskey flavor infused in the beer after nine months of aging.
