Nose: Chocolate ganache, plum jam and Manuka honey give way to fresh lemon zest, toasted cinnamon and orange blossom

Taste: Flavors of sweet fig and blood orange are complemented by warming ginger, toasted oak and a hint of charred pineapple.

Finish: Long and sweet with gentle spice notes
