Fords Gin is a versatile London Dry Gin developed through a collaboration between Master Distiller Charles Maxwell and gin expert Simon Ford. Crafted with a blend of nine botanicals—including juniper, coriander seed, citrus peels, jasmine, and cassia—it is designed to serve as a foundational spirit for a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails. The botanicals are steeped for 15 hours before distillation, resulting in a balanced and aromatic profile. Bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof), Fords Gin is celebrated for its adaptability and depth of flavor.
