Description

Fidencio Clásico Mezcal is crafted from 100% Espadín agave cultivated on the Jiménez family estate. The agave is roasted in a traditional stone-lined earthen pit with black oak, imparting a subtle yet distinct smokiness. After roasting, the agave is crushed with a tahona, fermented naturally with wild yeast in pine vats, and double-distilled in a wood-fired alembic still. Bottled at a robust proof, typically between 47-49% ABV, Fidencio Clásico strikes a perfect balance of tradition and complexity, making it suitable for both sipping and mixing.
