Description:
Etsu Japanese Gin is an artisanal spirit crafted on the northern island of Hokkaido. The name "Etsu" translates to "pleasure" in Japanese, reflecting the gin's delightful and harmonious flavor profile. Distilled using a secret recipe, it incorporates a selection of traditional botanicals, including juniper, yuzu, green bitter orange peel, coriander, licorice, green tea leaf, angelica root, sansho pepper, and cherry blossoms. These botanicals are macerated for over 24 hours in a neutral cane spirit before distillation in a traditional copper pot still. The gin is then blended with pristine water sourced from the Taisetsu Mountains, known for its purity, and undergoes charcoal filtration to achieve exceptional clarity and smoothness.
