This blend comprises 51% Chardonnay and 49% Pinot Noir, offering a harmonious balance between acidity and full-bodied richness. After aging for approximately eight years on the lees, the wine was disgorged in October 2021 with a dosage of 5g/L, resulting in a Champagne of elegant clarity and depth.
