Deanston Virgin Oak is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky that showcases the distillery's commitment to traditional craftsmanship and innovation. Initially matured in ex-bourbon casks from a family-run cooperage in Kentucky, the whisky undergoes a finishing period of 9 to 12 months in new American oak barrels. This finishing process imparts a distinctive character, enhancing the whisky's natural waxy and citrus profile with additional layers of sweetness and spice.
