Description:
Castle & Key Sacred Spring Vodka is a distinctive spirit crafted from the same high-quality grains used in the distillery's bourbon recipes. Utilizing limestone-rich water from their Springhouse, this vodka is distilled from a mash bill of 73% white corn, 10% rye, and 17% malted barley. The distillation process involves multiple stages: an initial run through a 50-foot Vendome copper column still, followed by a 600-gallon copper pot still, and finally, a custom Vendome vodka still. This meticulous process results in a vodka with a rich character and mouthfeel, offering a unique expression that stands apart from traditional vodkas.
