Distillery History:
Founded in 1904, Tequila Cascahuin is one of Jalisco's most respected traditional distilleries. Located in the town of El Arenal, it remains family-owned and committed to heritage practices, including brick oven cooking, natural fermentation, and copper still distillation. The tahona expression revives one of the oldest agave-crushing techniques, resulting in a tequila that reflects the roots and soul of artisanal production.
