Description:
Alipús Santa Ana Mezcal is an artisanal spirit produced in the remote village of Santa Ana del Río, Oaxaca. Crafted by maestro mezcalero Eduardo Hernández, this mezcal is made from 100% Espadín agave grown in chalky soils at high altitudes. The agave is roasted in traditional pit ovens, milled using a horse-drawn tahona, fermented in open pine vats, and double-distilled in copper stills.
